At the Ontario Co-operative Association, we recognize the vital role that youth play in shaping the co-operative sector. Here are ten strategies to enhance youth engagement within your co-operative:

Embrace the technological prowess of young people. Their familiarity with digital tools and platforms can help your organization adapt, innovate, and thrive. Consider their insights when implementing new technologies.

4. Prioritize Co-operative Education
