Michelle has been teaching people about co-operatives for more than 10 years and has introduced the co-operative business model to over a thousand students throughout Ontario. She works closely with secondary school teachers to bring co-operatives into the classroom through the Co-operative Minds program she developed, as well as provides co-operative awareness and education to co-operative staff and directors through the ON Board program.
