The Bernie Daly Fund
Bernie Daly was GROWMARK, Inc.'s Ontario Region Manager and a dedicated co-operative champion. One of Bernie's goals before he passed away in 2009 was to find a way to support the growth of the Co-operative Young Leaders program. Through the Bernie Daly Memorial Fund, he will be able to do just that - and so will you!!
The funds collected will provide a long-term pool to be used to help support youth who cannot participate in CYL due to poor finances or lack of sponsorship. The Fund could also be used to enhance the program through the purchase of new equipment or other program essentials.
So far, about $40,000 has been pledged. Organizations or individuals in all co-op sectors are invited to participate in the Fund.
