Co-op e-Learning Courses
The co-operative business model has been around since the nineteenth century, but co‑operative knowledge is always evolving. To keep you and your co-op evolving along with it, On Co-op has developed a series of ten e‑courses, providing you with targeted and topical information on a variety of co-operative subjects. Covering everything from co-operative fundamentals to best practices for particular sectors, these courses are ideal for everyone from new co-operators to senior management.

Overview
On Co-op’s e-courses are designed for those governing, leading, working in, or entering the co‑operative movement. They offer a flexible learning schedule, allowing you to further your co-op knowledge without sacrificing work hours.
- Each course takes approximately seven to ten hours to complete, including two to three hours spent online.
- Once you have successfully registered for your courses, you may access them again and again from any computer with Internet access.
Courses can be taken in any combination, allowing you to tailor your learning to your needs.

Cost
- $99 for On Co-op members (and recognized member-organizations if the On Co-op member is a federation)
- $149 for non-members
- plus $45 annual Learning Management System access fee
Costs are per person, per course.
Other Co-op Learning Options
To gain a broader understanding of the co-operative sector and learn innovative strategies for addressing key issues in co-operative management and governance, consider applying to the Co-operative Management Certificate Program. This seven-month program combines e-learning with classroom sessions held at the Schulich School of Business at York University. Through the CMC Program, you will engage with top professionals and peers in a learning network focused on contemporary management issues, develop critical thinking, and make alliances and partnerships with colleagues across co‑operative sectors.
