2010 Ontario Co-operative Consultation
In late 2010 and early 2011,On Co-op conducted a province-wide consultation to gather information from the co-operative sector about two proposed amendments to the Co-operative Corporations Act, regarding par value and the 50% Rule. Submissions and opinions were collected from federations, co-ops and individuals.
