  • AODA customer service standard training course

    Co-operative Engagement

    2011-Aug-09

    Description

    Informational Material

The Ontario government has implemented the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act(AODA),2005 and it now affects Ontario’s co-operatives and credit unions.

With very few exceptions, the AODA requires every full-time, part-time and contract/temporary worker at businesses operating in Ontario to take a training course. THIS INCLUDES CO-OPERATIVES.

On Co-op has arranged an AODA Customer Service Standard training course for your staff at a discounted rate by harnessing the power of ALL of Ontario’s co-operatives and credit unions. On Co-op has partnered with CUSOURCE Knowledge Network to present this course to you, and has negotiated a very favourable group price. Please read the entire document before registering for this training.

NOTE: There is no certificate of completion. Print off the last screen shot indicating that you have taken the course.
